Starting Monday, September 28, you’ll need a PIN to continue accessing your Libby and Kanopy accounts. It’s the same PIN you may already use to log into your Library account.

Due to privacy concerns, we are not able to reset your Library PIN by phone. If you’re having trouble setting or resetting your PIN online, please stop by any LBPL location before September 28th to get assistance.
