Long Beach Public Library thanks you for your donation in any amount! While our basic budget is covered by tax revenues, donations help to fund special or additional offering. You will receive a receipt or acknowledgment letter for your records. Gifts of over $250 are acknowledged by the Library Board of Trustees at the next regularly scheduled meeting.

All or part of your donation may be tax deductible to the extent allowed by law, please consult a tax professional for specific questions about your donation amount and tax liability.

VINYL RECORD DONATIONS

Looking for a place to get rid of those old vinyl records taking up space in your house?  Give new life to your beloved collection by donating it to the Long Beach Public Library!   We are now accepting clean and intact LPs in their cardboard sleeve with graphics.  We will not accept 78 RPMs (otherwise known as shellac discs) or large classical collections.  Genres of music we are interested in collecting include but are not limited to: pop, rock, blues, jazz, hip-hop, and country.

4 vinyl records

If you are ready to donate your collection or even just a few spare records, contact Tom(tomwojo@longbeachlibrary.org) or Ali(x311) or just bring your albums to the front desk at the Main Library!
