how DO I USE hoopla?:
  1. Open the hoopla app or go to hoopladigital.com and click “Get Started”
  2. Create an account using a safe email and password of your choice
  3. Find Your Library and select “Long Beach Public Library, NY” 
  4. Enter your library card number  
  5. Browse and borrow titles you want!

Kanopy  is a streaming service with thousands of indie films, documentaries, foreign films, and classic cinema titles. Download the app for iOS and Android smart phones and compatible TVs or head to https://longbeachlibrary.kanopy.com  from your computer.

how DO I USE kanopy?:
  1. Visit https://longbeachlibrary.kanopy.com and click on “Get Started”
  2. Select the “Find your Library” button and enter “Long Beach Public Library” 
  3. Enter your library card number
  4. Create an account with your name, email address, and password.
  5. Confirm your account in your email by opening the message sent from Kanopy and clicking the “Verify My Email” button
  6. You’re now ready to start watching on your device or smart TV!

How do I use Qello, The Great Courses, and IndieFLIX on Libby?
    1. Open the Libby App (or visit LibbyApp.com in your web browser) 
    2. Tap on the “Home Page” icon
    3. Scroll down and select “Extras” 
    4. Choose from IndieFlix, Qello Concerts, or The Great Courses  
    5. Select “Open.” You'll be taken out of Libby to learn more about the channel. 
    6. Select “Get a 7-Day Pass” 
    7. Follow prompts to begin watching!
